Private label an existing product – This can be a cheaper way to get started because you already know that the supplier exists and that there is demand for the product. You just need to find one that will take on smaller orders from new customers (you).

Private label a similar product – If you can’t find an existing product or supplier, then look for something similar. You can use this as an opportunity to improve upon the current product offerings and create something new that customers will love.
